About the Role:
KIBO&CO Electrical Corp is looking for an experienced and driven General Foreman to lead our electrical crews in Barstow, TX. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee field operations, coordinate crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Guaranteed 40hrs + Overtime
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews and subcontractors on the job site
- Interpret and execute work from blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols
- Monitor project progress, scheduling, and manpower to meet deadlines and budget goals
- Communicate regularly with project managers regarding job status, material needs, and workforce requirements
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and on-site training for crew members
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical guidance to journeymen and apprentices
- Ensure quality control and code compliance throughout all phases of electrical installation
Requirements:
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
- 5+ years of electrical field experience with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes, electrical systems, and construction safety regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and coordinate with general contractors
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 30 certification a plus
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
